- Deconstruction of the Community School is at 100% completion
- Haul away of deconstruction materials is at 100% completion
- Kitchen roof is complete, interior construction underway including ducting, electrical and plumbing
- Insulation is completed
- Doors and windows are installed
- Air units are installed on the roof
- CCPUD has installed a new kitchen transformer
- Water and sewer have been connected to the city lines on Fir Street
- Drywall has been delivered
- New fire alarm systems for OPA and the OPA gym to be installed, beginning in January
