To register your child in the Sequim School District please use the New Student Online Registration. Simply follow the linkand proceed with the application. (Note: you will need to upload copies of your child's birth documentation and proof of residency.)
Many of these forms are state mandated and are required for all students who register. For this reason, it is important to sign each one, whether you believe it pertains to your child or not. We have included a copy of the applications packets in both Spanish and English for your convenience and review.
