Instructional Materials Committee

 

The purpose of the Instructional Materials Committee (IMC) is to ensure implementation of SchoolBoard Policy 2020 Course Design and Procedure 2020 Selection and Adoption of Instructional Materials.

 

The IMC typically meets monthly to monitor curriculum adoption processes.  The committee will also meet as needed to act upon citizen/staff requests for reconsideration of instructional materials.

 

The IMC will certify to the School Board that the final recommendation of the Adoption Committee was reached by following the process outlined in the official policy and procedures.
