Strategic Plans

Sequim School District will soon begin our strategic planning for the next five (5) years, and we invite all staff, parents/guardians, and families, as well as interested students and community members to join us!

What is a Strategic Plan? Strategic Planning is a focus on the future. It is the means by which the school district and the community contribute toward defining priorities, making decisions, and setting goals for our school system. In the end, a guiding document will be developed to articulate the goals, objectives, and desired measurable outcomes. We would love for you to be a part of this journey with Sequim School District.

How can YOU participate in our strategic planning process?
Come join a round table! Superintendent Nickels will lead us through an introduction to the planning process and will begin our round table discussions to share perspectives and brainstorm ideas. Our collaborative gatherings will include a combination of presentations and forward-thinking discussion activities. We appreciate participants' active involvement if you can attend just one or all of the scheduled sessions. All meetings will take place at the Guy Cole Event Center (202 North Blake Avenue Directions) from 6pm-7:30pm
