Join Our Community Book Read!

This May, the Sequim School District invites you to be part of our first Community Book Read! We are excited to offer two powerful options for parents, caregivers, and community members:

  • Parenting in the Screen Age by Delaney Ruston, MD

  • The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt

Whether you join a Book Club gathering, host one of your own, or read along independently, we encourage you to engage with these important topics around youth, technology, and mental wellness.

How to Get a Book:

  • The audiobook is free with an Audible trial.

  • Books are available for purchase at local booksellers and online.

  • Borrowing options are available through libraries and other platforms.

Book Clubs are encouraged throughout May, and a Community Summary Survey will follow in June. Weekly reading guides, podcasts, YouTube talks, and other resources are available to support you along the way.
